Kimberly is one of the original founders of the group with over 18
years of
professional advanced analytics experience, four of these specific to the health insurance industry: related project management, marketing strategy,
program design,
member micro-segmentation, wellness and patient advocate program design and outcome analysis, provider-side analytics and other healthcare-related analytic solution design and delivery. Over the years she has
demonstrated analytic
expertise on projects at a diverse group of companies and industries
including WellPoint, HCSC, UHG, Great West, Accenture,
Ogilvy, Microsoft, Sprint/Nextel, Commonwealth Edison, TXU, Eloyalty,
SPSS, Allstate,
Cendant, and others in the financial,
telecommunications, healthcare,
energy, non-profit, retail and educational sectors. In addition to her
focus at Core,
she has conducted PhD research in the Health and Human Services Consumer Behavior program at Purdue, and has
completed coursework
towards a PhD and has a M.A in Economics with a focus on Health Economics and Econometrics
from University of Illinois at Chicago. She taught classes at the
university level
in Microeconomics and Economics of Risk and Insurance. She is also one
of the Organizers
of the Chicago and Bay Area Web, Game and Social Media Analyics Group and a frequent ClickInsights
blog contributor.

| Aldo Deijkers |
|
Aldo is one of the co-founders of the group with over 20 years extensive technical expertise as an architect,
systems and data integrator,
and business intelligence. He is proficient with service oriented architecture, systems/data
integration, data warehousing / OLAP (Cube and dimensional modelling), software design,
reporting, dashboard and development. In addition he is a seasoned consultant who has
logged many years working for different international consulting firms (Atos Origin,
Unisys and Avanade) in the USA and Europe. He has been involved with several major ERP
and BI implementations (CRM, statistical analysis) acting as a project lead and architect.
He also served as Director of Technology at TriNet. He earned his B.S in Engineering in the
in the Netherlands and speaks fluent Dutch and English. He is also one of the Organizers
of the Chicago and Bay Area Web, Game and Social Media Analytics Group.
